Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made 48+ hours in advance receive a full refund.
Cancellations within 48 hours forfeit the deposit.
Same-day cancellations or no-shows are billed 50% of the total quote.
Rescheduling is allowed with 48 hours’ notice.
Weather or safety-related cancellations will be rescheduled at no cost.
